The Zafa Collective is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of The Zafa Collective must be made payable to Fractured Atlas only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Our fundraising goal in anticipation of the 2017-2018 season is $2,500. Our upcoming season includes a performance of Laura Kaminsky’s As One with the Chicago Fringe Opera, the continuation of our Salon Series programming, and a show of all-female composers featuring works by Julia Wolfe, Eliza Brown, Tania Leon, Nina Young, and Missy Mazzoli at Constellation Chicago. We welcome donations of any amount to help us achieve our goal! As a collective, Zafa aims to present accessible performances to as wide of an audience as possible. Your contribution is key to our ability to continue having our concerts and performances on a pay-as-able admissions policy! Here are a few more things your donations help us with for the 2017-2018 concert season:
$10 – print programs for one concerts
$25 – keeps admissions to our programming on a pay-as-able basis
$50 – makes our print advertising campaign possible
$75 – contributes to renting the parts and score for Julia Wolfe’s Believing, to be performed on January 28 at Constellation
$100 – covers one hour of hall rental time for performance and rehearsal purposes
$200 – allows us to take professional audio recordings of one performance
$400 – pays for professional video recordings of one concerts
Donors who contribute $75 or more will be listed as patrons in all of our concert programs this season.
